I Cook...

...sometimes. About a month ago after I received my first farm basket we had Lauren and Kyle over for dinner and I prepared a delicious meal. Here are some pics!

Prepping

Dinner - Corn, Salad, Beans, Red Potatoes, Yams, and Tilapia

Recipes:
Corn - boil corn
Salad (Personal Creation - so good!) - Chopped Hydro Bibb Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Craisins, Baby Carrots, Avocado, Almonds and White Balsamic and Citrus Vinaigrette
Tilapia with Beans, Potato and Yam - Adapted from Pan-Roasted Chicken With Lemon-Garlic Green Beans. I substituted the chicken for fish, used yellow-wax bean instead of green beans, and used yams in addition to potatoes. Yum!
Kale Chips - with garlic and parmesan

Pickling Cucumbers
Black Beauty Eggplant
Hydro Bibb Lettuce
Cantaloupe Melon
Butternut Squash

...and Lauren and Kyle are joining us to help us eat again! Tonight I'm thinking of making Shrimp with avocado salad and green beans.
